The TRUE Stella Awards <http://www.stellaawards.com/> is Mr. Randy Cassingham’s site.  Many wags and pundits have used and abused the burn victim in the 1994 "McDonald’s Coffee Case," Ms. Stella Liebeck, as a tort tale.  Mr. Cassingham retells stories that he has checked out.  At this site, one may sign up for email about actual cases.

The American Tort Reform Association site has a feature, currently called "Loony Lawsuits," at <http://atra.org/display/13>.  Almost all entries will contain verifiable facts, but stories found in this list will often be encapsulated in ways that may mislead the unwary.
